The right habits, then a career
The first part covers the basics: choosing strong passwords and managing them, turning on two-factor authentication, recognising a fraudulent message, securing your phone and messaging apps, backing up your data. Exercises based on real situations teach participants to spot a scam attempt before falling into the trap.
The second part opens up careers in cybersecurity: understanding how a network works, assessing the risks facing a small organisation, writing simple rules for a team, responding to an incident. Participants discover the possible career paths and the certifications that lead to them, with support from mentors in the field.
