Daring to take your place
The focus is on what makes a difference day to day: pitching a project in a few minutes, making the case to a panel or a client, negotiating a budget or a deadline, running a meeting, giving and receiving feedback. Every session ends with a role play in front of the group, to progress quickly and with confidence.
Participants meet women who lead companies, teams or associations and who speak frankly about their journey, the obstacles they faced and what helped them move forward. Each one leaves with her own action plan: a career goal, the steps to reach it and people who can support her along the way.
