Learning by doing, moving forward together
UpSkill is for women who want to make digital their career, whether they are starting from scratch or looking to strengthen what they already know. Each day combines hands-on workshops in the morning, pair projects in the afternoon and a mentoring session to finish: advanced office tools, collaboration tools, first steps in generative artificial intelligence, and plenty of mutual support between participants.
Every concept is immediately put into practice on a real case: a tracking dashboard for a non-profit, a presentation for a company, a first chatbot prototype. Participants leave with work they can show a future employer, and with a network of mentors and peers who support them long after the last session.
