A community of more
than 2,000 active women
More than 260 women trained and a growing community of developers, entrepreneurs and tech leaders. At SHECODE, every figure tells a story: that of a woman who dared to learn, to reinvent herself and to take her place in the digital world. Our mission does not stop at training: we are building a genuine ecosystem of support, opportunity and tech sisterhood.

In just 7 months, more than 260 women have taken part in our training, introduction and awareness programmes on digital technology, entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence. Every participant represents a new opportunity to build a more independent future through technology.

Our network brings together professionals, entrepreneurs, engineers, experts and enthusiasts who give their time to pass on their knowledge, share their experience and support the next generation of women leaders. Because one encounter can change a career.

Our Ambition
What we have built in a few months is only the beginning. Our ambition is to train several thousand African women, grow local communities across Cameroon and Africa, help women tech entrepreneurs emerge and make SHECODE a benchmark for women’s digital inclusion.
